Frankfurt, Germany; a "green" city I must say...

I just got back from Germany last night.  I was there for 2 days.  Wonderful city, the beer is 1000% better out there than anything I've ever tasted here in the US.  It was nice to see a country that is super environment friendly.  Frankfurt is very small, about the half the size of the Valley I'd say, and they utilize their public transportation system.  As like many countries in Europe, they don't over-size everything.  Their cars are small, everyone rides bikes around, and there are recycling deposits for glass, paper, and plastic on every major intersection.  It's very clean overall.  I normally just post about the funy stuff I do on these trips of mine, but Frankfurt by far deserves more notation to how they positively effect the environment.

I strongly suggest checking out Germany, however, if you're going for good times or to see the sights, I'd recommend checking out Berlin or Munich far over Frankfurt.  Frankfurt is the financial capital of Europe, 90% of it was destroyed during WWII and nearly everything is modernized now.  It was definetly not what I had expected.  I did have a good time however.  If you ever plan on going to Frankfurt, hit me up, I have some must-see places for you to check out.  Pictures will be up soon.
