    Don’t contaminate yourself with toxic emotions .

     

    Aging isn’t just about physical biology, it is also an emotional and spiritual phenomenon.

     

    1. Listen to the wisdom of your body. When you adopt a certain habit / behavior, ask yourself, “Am I feeling good or bad?” If your body sends a signal of discomfort or distress, stop what you are doing. If your body feels comfort / satisfaction, continue what you are doing.

     

    2. The power is not in the past or the future, it is now. Live in the present. Do not struggle against the flow of the unwise. In short, no sense in worrying. Take it one step at a time.

     

    3. Meditate. Make time for silence. Pay close attention to your inner life.

     

    4. Drop your need for social / external approval. You are the sole judge of your worth, not society.

     

    5. Respond to every situation no matter how painful. Anger will only delay your healing.

     

    6. Know that your outer world is guided by your inner world. Attune your wants or desires from within to reflect from without.

     

    7. Withhold judgment. Everything in your life can be forgiven and understood. Don’t judge others, least of all yourself.

     

    8. Don’t contaminate your system with toxic food, emotions, actions.

     

    9. Replace fear with love. Remembering a past hurt will only weaken your capacity to love again without fear.

     

    10. You are connected to the earth and to every person in this planet. Raise your consciousness to embrace this truth.
