Wanted to let you know about a show happening today in Montebello, CA.... "The Monsters of Shamisen" will be playing starting at 4pm till ? at the Sozenji Buddhist Temple.
Guest appearences w/ Taiko drummer Reverend Tom, Accordionist Aaron Seeman and Koto master Yukiko Matsuyama!!! $15... but will be worth every penny! I've seen them twice in the last three days and all I could say is they're one of the best acts I've ever seen. And this is perhaps the last opportunity to see them doing their thing for about another two years......So come check em' out....
