Introduction

Ms. Freedman isn’t famous, nor does she have any connection to our project.  In fact, we know little more about her than you do and she knows absolutely nothing about us. Her words, however, speak for a rapidly growing group of people on this planet, the flourishing community of PEOPLE WHO CARE, and care enough to try and positively impact our shared future on this planet.

Activism and Art

I only know about Ms. Freedman and the words she spoke because of a group of guys who’ve chosen to dedicate their lives to bettering our world through devotion to these two ideas; Activism and Art.

Thanks to the collaborative, creative efforts of the 5 individuals making up the driving force of collective expression that is the music group, Sound Tribe Sector Nine (STS9,) countless thousands have been drawn to dance freely in liberating communion with their fellow brothers and sisters, while countless more have taken to heart the booming message of social activism that is consistently apparent in their art...

.... and I, for one, owe these guys a debt of gratitude for so intently bringing together these 2 ideas on their most recent album, Peaceblaster, which includes, as its closing element, the audio sample of Ms. Freedman’s voice speaking the aforementioned words to a graduating class.

It’s All Connected

I realize that most of you probably don’t know about this band - this blooming phenomena of creative expression - and I mention them here so prominently for exactly that reason.

The world NEEDS to know about these things.There are beautiful things happening all around us.

Art and Action have teamed up and begun to affect the world in unprecedented ways. There is evidence of hope flowering up from below the surface in the form of social movements, artist collectives, activist groups, non-profit organizations, responsible businesses and other PEOPLE WHO CARE.

It’s all connected.  The Art... The Activism... Each and Every Individual person on this planet...

Our dream is to effectively amplify the awareness and understanding of that connectedness by providing our community with the resources - providing mankind with the tools - to spread positivity absolutely.

If you're reading this then you've already responded internally to Mother Nature's call. Thanks for being the kind of person this world needs to turn things around and actualize it's full potential... the basis of which we see as a sustainable and symbiotic relationship with the Earth and our fellow man.

We are an organization built around 3 main ideas;   Activism, Art and Connectedness. We believe that through devotion to social and environmental responsibility coupled with the celebration of life through art, we can be a meaningful force for the good of the planet, it's people and all the life it sustains.

Our mission that simple... to have a positive effect on the world and to provide the growing community of PEOPLE WHO CARE with the resources to make a difference through the sharing and collaboration of art, ideas and activism.

It is our belief that a new kind of consciousness is taking root - a consciousness that we are all connected and that no matter where we come from on the planet, the things that connect us eclipse the things that divide us.

In a way, we're a grassroots movement which aims to help promote and provide resources to other grassroots efforts, specifically by activist groups and independent artists.

We're trying to build a grassroots team to help us reach out and inform the activists, artists, non-profits, businesses and individuals out there about who we are, what we stand for and what we have to offer.

We need your help. There's an seemingly infinite list of awesome things happening in the world today - movements towards a better future.

Help us connect those movements and provide them the resources to succeed in their efforts.

All that's required is that you genuinely care about the future of Humanity and the future of Earth.
